What exactly is your commission?

Our commission is 20% on the amount of nights only. It excludes cleaning fees (charged directly to the traveler), security deposits, and platform fees. This is one of the lowest commissions on the market for such comprehensive management.

How is my income paid?

Platforms (Airbnb, Booking, etc.) pay income directly to your bank account. MyKeyZen then bills you its commission separately each month, with a detailed stay-by-stay summary.

Is there a contractual commitment?

No. We work without a commitment period. A one-month notice is sufficient to stop the collaboration, without penalties or exit fees. We prefer to earn your trust every month.

Do you really operate throughout the French Riviera?

Yes. We cover Nice, Cannes, Antibes, Saint-Tropez, Fréjus, Saint-Raphaël, Mougins, Villefranche-sur-Mer, Beausoleil, Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, Cap-d'Ail, and Juan-les-Pins, as well as Carcassonne and Paris.

What is PriceLabs and why is it important?

How does the onboarding process work?

Our local network (locksmith, plumber, electrician) intervenes quickly upon notification — without you having to take care of it. You are informed by message and the cost is managed transparently.

Can I block dates for personal use?

Absolutely. You remain the owner of your calendar. Just let us know your dates — we block them immediately on all platforms.

Do you work with non-residents and expats?

This is one of our specialties. Many owners on the French Riviera live in Paris, Belgium, Switzerland, or outside Europe. We manage everything remotely — you don't need to be present at any time.

Do you offer performance reports?

Yes. Every owner receives a monthly PDF report with income, occupancy rate, traveler reviews, and commission details. A complete annual report is provided every January.
