Our commission is 20% on the amount of nights only. It excludes cleaning fees (charged directly to the traveler), security deposits, and platform fees. This is one of the lowest commissions on the market for such comprehensive management.
Platforms (Airbnb, Booking, etc.) pay income directly to your bank account. MyKeyZen then bills you its commission separately each month, with a detailed stay-by-stay summary.
No. We work without a commitment period. A one-month notice is sufficient to stop the collaboration, without penalties or exit fees. We prefer to earn your trust every month.
