How you are paid: Platforms pay income directly to your bank account. MyKeyZen then invoices its 20% commission separately, documented stay by stay.

* Cleaning excluded from our commission is recharged to the traveler (not the owner) — the net impact is therefore zero for you, unlike what some competitors practice.
Questions about our rates
On the price of nights collected, before any other fees. It does not apply to cleaning fees, security deposits, or platform service fees.
No commission is due. We only charge on what you collect. If your income is zero this month, our commission is zero as well.
No. Cleaning fees are recharged directly to the traveler via the platform (Airbnb, Booking). You do not advance this money and it does not come out of your income.
At the beginning of the following month, you receive a summary PDF invoice by email, with the details of each stay, the amount of nights, and the applied 20% commission.
For owners of 3 properties or more, we study specific arrangements. Contact us to discuss it.
None. One month's notice by email is enough. No penalty, no termination fees.
